Choose Plan

Begin by logging into your PaySync account. Navigate to the dashboard and select the "Billing" menu item, as depicted in the attached screenshot. This will take you to the page detailing our plan offerings.

Once you've chosen a plan, click on the "Change Plan" button located at the bottom of the plan's description. You can find this button in the attached screenshot.

You will then be redirected to Shopify. Follow the instructions provided to upgrade your plan and click on "Approve" (see attached screenshot)

After the process is complete, you can immediately start enjoying the benefits of your new plan. Congratulations on making a great decision for your business!

Cancel Subscription

If you encounter any issues with PaySync, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team at We're here to provide enhanced assistance and ensure your experience with our app is seamless.

However, if you're not satisfied with PaySync and wish to cancel your subscription, simply uninstall the app. This action will automatically cancel your subscription. Please be aware that, depending on your Shopify billing setup, a final partial charge may be applied to your invoice based on the date of app removal.
